Edmondson sprints to win
South Australia's Annette Edmondson has sprinted to victory in the Tour of Ronostrand in the Nethlerlands.
The 20 year old, who will make her Olympic Games debut on the track in London, completed the 117.9 kilometre course in a time of 3:01:50 ahead of Laura van der Kamp (Dolmans-Boels Cycling Team) in second and Kelly Markus (Skil-Argos) third.
Edmondson's team mate Tasmanian Amy Cure was fifth across the line.
The Australians are racing a series of events in Holland in preparation for the track competition at the Olympic Games.
